It is a porridge mix made using several kinds of cereal, grains, pulses and dry fruits. Few ingredients are sprouted to increase the nutritional value and almost all the ingredients are dry roasted to keep this mix fresh for longer.

Ingredients: Rice, sprouted Wheat, sprouted Ragi, sprouted Jowar, Roasted gram, sprouted Green gram, Corn, sprouted Black gram, Sago, Groundnut, sprouted Chickpeas, sprouted Horsegram, sprouted Cowpeas, Ajwain, Dry ginger, Elachi, Cashew, Pista & Badam
How to prepare:
- Add 2 tbsp of this mix to 1 cup of water without lumps
- Cook the mixture on a medium flame for atleast 15 minutes
- Jaggery or Fruit purees or Dry Fruits/Nuts powder can also be added to make it more flavor-able.
Storage: Place it into an air tight container and it stays fresh for 6-8 months if refrigerated
