Groundnut is one of the very high sources of protein hence, they are an excellent source of protein for your child. Protein is a vital ingredient for developing strong body on the inside. The protein content, as we know is good for strengthening all the muscles in the body including the muscles in the organs.

Ingredients: Wheat, Green gram, Groundnut

How to prepare:

  1. Add 2 tbsp of this porridge powder to 1 cup of water without lumps
  2. Cook the mixture on a medium flame for atleast 15 minutes 
  3. Jaggery can be added to make it more flavorable.

Storage: Place it into an air tight container and it stays fresh for 6-8 months if refrigerated
